
Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the seamless operation of our entertainment complex.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our patrons, answering their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the complex, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers.
- Prepare food and beverages for sale, following strict standards of quality and presentation.
- Stock replenishment, in accordance with merchandising planogram, to ensure our shelves are always fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Conduct ticket checks, including online check-in procedure, while providing assistance to customers.
- Demonstrate and maintain a good knowledge of products and services offered, enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Knowledge of appropriate communication skills, including two-way radios, is essential for effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Undertake minor maintenance and repairs as required, ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
- Lost property maintenance, locating and returning lost items to their rightful owners.
- Attend and complete all mandatory training sessions (as applicable) as designated by management, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest procedures and protocols.
- Demonstrate awareness of and adherence to fire and emergency training and procedures, prioritizing the safety of our customers and staff.
Requirements:
- Competent in basic Maths and English, with strong communication skills.
