Job Overview

The role of Relief Personal Banker is to provide an exceptional customer experience by meeting the end-to-end banking needs of customers across various branches.

  • Deliver tailored solutions that meet customers' goals, objectives, and interests.
  • Educate and support customers with their digital literacy and online banking requirements.
  • Guide customers through personalized lending options, exploring tailored personal loans and credit card solutions.
  • Pursue lifelong learning, developing expertise through on-the-job training and other learning opportunities.
  • Foster connections, supporting customers, giving back, and contributing to the community's betterment.
Key Responsibilities

This permanent, part-time position involves working 72 hours per fortnight across Ascot, Brisbane City & Holland Park. The schedule includes:

  • Monday: 8:30AM - 4:45PM
  • Tuesday: 8:30AM - 4:45PM
  • Wednesday: 8:30AM - 4:45PM
  • Thursday: 8:30AM - 4:45PM
  • Friday: 8:30AM - 4:30PM
Requirements

  • Proven ability to achieve sales results through customer-centric solutions.
  • Confidence in communicating with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.

  • Experience in consumer lending and the banking/finance industry is desirable.
