Service Delivery Professional

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage service delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service delivery, with experience working with customers who have large environments (500+ seats). Previous managed services experience is preferred, as well as a practical understanding of technologies such as Microsoft Server, Exchange/Exchange Online/Office 365, VMware vSphere, Anti-Virus technologies, Server Hardware, Public Clouds like Microsoft Azure, SAN, Single Sign on, Network Fundamentals, Citrix & Windows RDS/Terminal Services, Disaster Recovery techniques, Wireless Controllers & Access Points, Security processes and procedures.
As Service Delivery Manager, you will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, provide support to operational teams, act as a point of escalation during business hours and afterhours, drive and own customer governance meetings, assist the commercial team in gathering client requirements, provide recommendations to customers and sales staff, conduct monthly reporting, work with the onboarding team to identify gaps before new customers enter Managed Services, create and maintain operational documentation and knowledge base articles, own operational engagement, maintain risk registers, project management, continual improvement planning, process improvements, maintain the prioritization matrix, responsible for transition of new services into operations, follow change management processes, assist in the identification of problems within customers environments by reviewing ticketing system data, manage ETAs for all orders and line items which fall into any projects being delivered outside of the PMO.
This is a full-time permanent position offering a negotiable salary.
