The Role

As a key member of our team, you'll oversee our state-based digital appeals program, retail marketing, and volunteer/member recruitment. Your goal will be to increase income through effective campaigns and initiatives.

You'll acquire, retain, and reactive donors to boost lifetime value and provide a seamless online experience that complements our offline journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and delivering retail project and marketing operating plans to meet specific performance indicators within budget
  • Designing and implementing the digital appeals project and marketing operating plans to achieve key performance indicators within budget
  • Creating and executing volunteer and member recruitment marketing operating plans to meet performance targets within budget
  • Supporting the development of the FMC strategic plan
  • Liaising with stakeholders to develop operational plans, including financial and non-financial reporting to achieve performance goals
  • Conducting market research, including surveys to identify target audiences and inform strategy and tactics
  • Leading the development of systems and processes, including CRM integration and data analysis to drive sales and campaign management tools
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and escalating issues promptly while ensuring effective results
  • Maintaining high standards of marketing and communications across all internal and external channels
  • Generating regular reports and analysis on the performance of digital channels and marketing campaigns, including effectiveness and specific initiatives
  • Participating in continuous improvement programs to enhance processes and procedures
  • Addressing complex business processes and simplifying them where possible
  • Fostering a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement throughout operations
  • Performing other duties as assigned by your Manager
