This newly created position supports our business growth objectives and strategic goals. As the Marketing and Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, coordinating business development plans, overseeing marketing initiatives, driving our rebranding strategy, and ensuring branding consistency across the company.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Seek, identify, and pursue new and future business development opportunities
- Drive and coordinate our rebranding process.
- Manage social media channels and oversee content creation
- Lead website development and content creation.
- Creation of marketing materials.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Establish company templates and branding guidelines.
- Preparation of compelling company capability statements and employee CVs.
- Assist in coordinating Major Bids and Tenders.
- Manage client retention efforts.
- Oversee supplier relationship management.

**About You**:

- Relevant qualification in marketing, business, communications, or commerce.
- Previous experience in Business Development and Marketing, ideally within the construction, engineering, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- A proactive and resourceful self-starter, capable of taking initiative and working autonomously with mínimal supervision to achieve objectives.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Possess strong communication skills, ensuring clear and timely communication with colleagues, management, and stakeholders.
