Site Project Coordinator
As a skilled and results-driven professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of construction projects across Melbourne.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, combined with a strong background in construction management or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish project sites, including site preparation, amenities, hoardings, signage, and safety systems.
- Maintain accurate site records and noticeboards.
- Lead site safety initiatives by conducting risk assessments, reviewing SWMS, and managing permits to work.
- Manage incident reporting, investigations, and emergency response coordination.
- Track labor, manage preliminary costs, and control overall project expenses.
- Prepare and maintain site records such as RFIs and QA checklists.
- Manage subcontractor inductions and compliance using Buildpass.
- Chair regular subcontractor meetings and issue non-conformance reports as needed.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a site management or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, WHS legislation, and QA processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Buildpass.
- Current driver's license, reliable transport, First Aid certification, and a White Card.
