Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Coordinator to join our VIC Remedial team in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site activities, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery, and leading complex remedial projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate site activities and allocate resources to achieve project goals
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS requirements
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues affecting timelines or budgets
  • Liaise with engineers, clients, and subcontractors to maintain alignment across the project lifecycle
  • Assist in the planning and setup of temporary works, including scaffolding, containment, and access systems
  • Maintain detailed site records, including daily diaries, timesheets, and material usage
  • Champion continuous improvement and foster a high-performing site culture

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of supervisory experience in the construction or remediation industry
  • Proven capability in delivering complex works on active construction or industrial sites
  • Strong leadership and team management skills – able to motivate and drive performance
  • A high level of accountability and financial awareness, with experience tracking productivity and costs
  • Solid technical understanding of concrete and steel repair methods, coatings, and temporary works
  • Experience in marine structures, FRP systems, or specialist remedial construction (highly regarded)
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
