Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Order to Cash Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting Operations Team at ABB Australia. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting account receivables and credit activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in internal initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes within the Accounts Receivables team.
  • Perform quality checks on financial reporting data, including fluctuations monitoring.
  • Comply with and help achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICoFR) compliance in Accounts Receivable team for applicable templates and participate in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Execute accounting analyses and maintain relevant transaction documentation within area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor incoming payments, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances to ensure timely collections as well as the recording of financial transactions and generation of regular reports on accounts receivable activities.

Requirements

  • Around 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Excellent understanding of Accounts Receivables processes and procedures.
  • Ability to demonstrate your experience and understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • A team player with good communications and collaborative skills.
  • You possess work rights in Australia.
