About Our Role

We seek a seasoned Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team, bringing expertise in mineral processing equipment and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical vibrating equipment, Australian Standards knowledge, and 5+ years of site-engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to analyze equipment installations and scope upgrades, driving innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Foster a culture of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) excellence, ensuring compliance with internal systems and industry best practices.
  • Investigate equipment faults using root cause analysis methodology, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Support design and efficiency improvements in our equipment workshop, leveraging expertise in mechanical engineering and project management.
  • Assist with business expansion plans, growing our workshop size and fleet of machines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mechanical vibrating equipment expertise.
  • Australian Standards knowledge for design and construction of minerals processing equipment.
  • 5+ years of site-engineering focused work experience.
  • Mining HSE requirements knowledge.
  • C class driver's license and ability to meet medical and induction requirements.
  • Mechanical Engineering and Project Management qualifications.
  • Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD/Inventor/MicroStation).
