Lease Administrator Role

This position is responsible for a combination of data analysis, regulatory compliance monitoring, and landlord/tenant relationship management. The Lease Administrator will play a key role in driving business outcomes through effective performance monitoring, compliance requirements, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage base reporting, performance monitoring, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor lease events and compile performance data for stakeholders
  • Conduct monthly audit compliance reporting and ensure all client KPIs are met
  • Maintain accurate rental reconciliations, vendor/landlord details, and approve landlord payments
  • Ensure data integrity through regular audits and knowledge of lease abstractions and Rent Roll reporting
  • Handle landlord/tenant communications, maintain documentation workflows, and suggest process improvements
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain AGSVA clearance
  • University degree in Real Estate, Commerce, Finance or Legal field OR 2-4 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to understand commercial contracts and interpret Rent Roll reporting with strong accounting reconciliation skills between AP and AR
  • Advanced Excel skills with meticulous attention to detail and experience with property management/lease administration systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a positive approach to meeting stakeholder needs
