Opportunity to Work with a Leading Real Estate and Projects Team

Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm, is seeking an Associate to join our Real Estate and Projects team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging deals in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the tenure aspects of infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory
  • Work with clients on mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions, and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural, and tourism assets
  • Develop an understanding of all types of land tenure
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize documents and complete transactions of all types and sizes
  • Conduct property due diligence
