Real Estate and Projects Team Opportunities

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our Real Estate and Projects team at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm.

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging deals in the market, including infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory, mixed-use, residential, commercial and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural and tourism assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience in or the desire to work on the tenure aspects of infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory
  • Experience in or the desire to work for clients on mixed-use, residential, commercial and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural and tourism assets
  • An understanding of all types of land tenure
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalising documents and completing transactions of all types and sizes
  • Experience with commercial sales, purchases, leases, easements, options and licence agreements (among others)
  • Experience conducting property due diligence
