About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and review of documents related to infrastructure and renewables projects in Western Australia and the Northern Territory
  • Conduct research and analysis on mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial property development and redevelopment, joint ventures, capital transactions, and acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial, pastoral, agricultural, and tourism assets
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of all types of land tenure and their implications on property transactions
  • Assist in the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing of documents and completing transactions of all types and sizes
  • Conduct property due diligence and provide recommendations to clients
