Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Canberra.

  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication, relationship building, and service delivery.
  • Manage and inspire a service delivery team to achieve excellence in property and facilities management.
  • Develop and implement key contract initiatives to meet contractual obligations.
  • Maintain consistency in processes, systems, and reporting across the portfolio.
  • Partner with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results and build strong relationships.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in facilities management, building, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of property management systems and excellent computer literacy.
  • Proven track record of delivering quality services and meeting performance targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
