We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Aged Care Worker to join our KinCare team in Port Macquarie. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and meal preparation, to ensure our customers' homes are safe and comfortable.
  • Assist with shopping and provide social support to help our customers maintain their independence.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support.

What We Look for in a Care Worker:
  • You care about assisting our aged community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • You are able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days - Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
