About the Role- Deliver individualised clinical-based nursing care to our residents, improving their quality of life
- Lead and mentor care and clinical team members, fostering a collaborative environment
- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop care plans tailored to each resident's needs
- Provide exceptional nursing advice and support to residents and their families, ensuring their satisfaction and trust
- Develop strong working relationships with fellow Nurses and healthcare professionals, maintaining high standards of care
- AHPRA Registration and a bachelor's degree in nursing
- Familiarity with the Aged Care Funding Instrument (AN-ACC) is highly regarded
- Experience in leading and training care and clinical team members, creating an engaging work culture
- Proficiency in various systems, including online care management programs
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID-19 (2 doses)
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including:
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Additional yearly Well-being and Community leave days and access to employee discounts
- Up to 14 weeks paid parental leave with equal benefits for both parents and access to employee discounts
