Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to assess capability needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Designing engaging blended learning experiences, including interactive eLearning, dynamic workshops, and virtual sessions.
  • Leading the improvement, implementation, and delivery of our Pedders' Learning Excellence Program.
  • Managing learning projects from concept to completion, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet milestones.
  • Facilitating engaging learning sessions, leveraging adult learning principles to maximize participant engagement and skill transfer.
