About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team as a Senior Healthcare Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in acute and community settings, ensuring effective treatment plans and seamless transitions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care strategies
  • Monitor patients' health status, administer medications, and perform treatments as required
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Requirements
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
