Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill the role of Information Technology Manager. This position will oversee the operation and management of IT systems, infrastructure, and services within our organization.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, project management principles, and experience in leading IT teams.

Responsibilities
  • IT Operations Management: Oversee the daily operation of IT systems, ensure they are running smoothly, and address any issues promptly.
  • Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the timely delivery of IT services to support the organization's business needs.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
  • Project Management: Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet required quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in IT operations and service delivery, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Certifications: ITIL, PMP, or CISSP certifications highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, project management principles, and experience in leading IT teams.
