We are seeking a highly skilled Actuary/Data Scientist to join our team at HiTech Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reporting, analysis, and data management activities within a Federal Government Department.
Key Responsibilities- Extract, cleanse, and prepare data from multiple sources
- Engage with stakeholders to determine requirements and coordinate support
- Undertake ad hoc modeling requests and report production
- Experience with R, SQL, and SAS programming
- Strong understanding of statistical and mathematical modeling techniques
- Experience supporting government policy development, including budget, legislation, and policy processes
- Well-developed internal and external stakeholder management skills
