About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Analyst to join our Cloud Analytics and Data Platforms Technology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in transforming our data governance capabilities and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
  • Design and deliver training sessions on data governance policies, best practices, and tools for data stewards and other stakeholders
  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of data stewardship activities, providing feedback and coaching as needed
  • Facilitate regular check-ins and workshops to discuss challenges, share successes, and promote collaboration among data stewards
  • Ensure that data management practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, monitor and assess data quality metrics, identify data quality issues, and work with data owners to resolve them
  • Prepare and present reports on data governance activities, data quality, and compliance status

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Governance Analyst who has a strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and best practices. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
