Procurement Specialist

Troocoo is partnering with a leading organisation based in Brisbane CBD. Due to growth and transformation, they seek a Procurement Specialist for an initial 6-month contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-award procurement activities, including documentation, tenders, evaluations, and contract variations.
- Source and purchase goods and services across categories.
- Ensure smooth transition and implementation of contracts and vendor relationships.
- Develop procurement strategies, manage vendors, and assess risks.
- Analyze supplier performance and procurement data for improvements.
- Conduct market analysis and risk evaluations.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Report on procurement activities and financial data.
Requirements:
- Experience in procurement, category management, or contracts.
- Experience with Queensland Government is preferred but not essential.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
