Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the successful delivery of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including drawings and specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of process improvement models, including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Experience in operations management, construction/renovation projects, and logistics.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in project management concepts, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and deliverables.
