Children Program Coordinator

Our team is seeking a dynamic and motivated facilitator to deliver engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years at various locations across North Shore, Sydney.

This role involves coordinating small teams, providing high-quality workshops, and leading school holiday programs. We also offer ongoing casual work during the school term in our incursion, after-school programs, and on weekends for birthday parties.

To be successful in this role, you will need to create safe, supportive, and fun environments for kids, build strong relationships with team members, parents, and the wider community, and actively encourage a healthy team environment.

You should enjoy working with children, have knowledge of their needs, and be able to positively guide them. You must also be passionate about kids and education, positive, nurturing, outgoing, dependable, and mature, with excellent work ethic and organisational skills. Reliable transportation to transport equipment is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Create stimulating and fun environments for kids participating in our programs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, parents, and the wider community
  • Actively encourage and facilitate a healthy team environment

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working with children ages 5-12
  • Possess knowledge and understanding of children's needs
  • Be passionate about kids and education
  • Be positive, nurturing, outgoing, dependable, and mature
  • Have excellent work ethic and organisational skills
  • Have reliable transportation to transport equipment

**Work Details:**

Casual position

$30.00+ per hour

Part-time hours: 10 per week

Licence/Certification: Working with Children Check (preferred)

Willingness to travel: 50% (preferred)
