Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Study Manager to join our growing Studies Team in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will oversee studies to ensure compliance with client requirements, manage scope of works, and Lycopodium quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of scoping, pre-feasibility, and feasibility studies, including scope, schedule, and quality of deliverables.
  • Maintain client relationships and expectations.
  • Engage and/or manage specialist consultants, such as geology, mining, tailings management, geotechnical, and environmental experts.
  • Coordinate the compilation of study reports, including NI43-101 compliant reports.
  • Liaise with internal teams to source suitable resources for studies.
  • Assist Business Development in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules for new studies.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Extensive experience in developing, delivering, and operating mining or mineral processing studies and projects.
  • Previous experience working as a Study Manager or in a management role within the mining industry.
  • Demonstrated understanding and proven track record of managing and coordinating various engineering, environmental, and social inputs to Greenfield mining developments.
  • Able to build and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and co-workers.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve consistently high standards within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Experience in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules for new studies preferred.
