We are seeking a highly skilled Coordinator to support the Lead Investigator in achieving the milestone activities of the NHMRC MRFF Grant entitled: Koorlangka Keniny. This research-intensive position involves coordinating grant activities in partnership with stakeholders and project participants to ensure compliance with legislative and institutional requirements and the achievement of research objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the implementation of the research proposal in collaboration with the Chief Investigator and Investigator team.
  • Participating in consultation, engagement, recruitment, data collection, and translation activities.

We are looking for a candidate with a tertiary qualification and strong subsequent experience or equivalent level of expertise gained from a combination of experience, training, or professional accreditation. A higher degree qualification is desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent research project management and organisational skills, including proficiency in using administrative and management techniques to maximise project team service delivery. They should have demonstrated success in completing research projects and possess knowledge of University policies and procedures.

A proven track record of organisational and workload management skills, including prioritising workload to meet deadlines and managing resources (human, financial, physical, and environmental) is essential.
