Senior Civil Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead the delivery of complex civil engineering projects from feasibility through to final completion.

You will be responsible for managing design delivery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and shaping real-world outcomes that enhance our built environment.

  • Take ownership of civil engineering projects from concept through to completion
  • Prepare high-quality civil design reports and stormwater management plans
  • Design infrastructure elements including roads, intersections, pavements, earthworks, and drainage systems
  • Oversee construction phase activities including site inspections, contractor coordination, and contract administration
  • Lead the development of tender and construction documentation
  • Coordinate across internal disciplines and external consultants to deliver integrated outcomes

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also:

  • Conduct site investigations and technical assessments to inform project strategy
  • Review and sign off on design documentation prior to lodgement
  • Liaise with architects, developers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
  • Influence design reviews, risk workshops, and strategic project planning
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, templates, and workflows
  • Mentor and support junior engineers to grow their skills and confidence
