Civil Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of civil engineering projects and providing technical expertise to support the growth and development of our business.
Your primary focus will be on leading a team of engineers and designers to deliver high-quality projects, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance our operational efficiency.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from large-scale residential and commercial subdivisions to complex distribution centers. You will be supported by a strong project pipeline, first-class resources, and a genuinely collaborative culture that values innovation and creativity.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in green and brownfields projects, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
- At least 5 years' experience in civil engineering, preferably in a leadership role;
