About the Role

Beaumont Tiles is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with various warehouse duties, including customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.
Requirements
  • Experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving.
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Physically able for the loading and unloading of products (up to 25kgs).
  • Technologically savvy and administrative skills.
