As a Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibility will be to develop trusted relationships with customers, provide expert advice, and offer a consultative approach to service. Your goal is to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience with us, while achieving team sales targets.


Reporting to the Store Manager, your day-to-day work involves generating sales and ensuring success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting efficient follow-ups with customers, and performing some day-to-day administration tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining the overall look of the store.


This role offers a diverse and exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will also have the chance to assist with various warehouse duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.


To be successful in this role, you will possess:



  • Experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical ability for the loading and unloading of products (up to 25kgs)
  • Technological savvy and administrative skills
