At Beaumont Tiles, we're seeking a skilled Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice, and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing expert advice on tile and bathroom ware products, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Processing sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, from homeowners to builders and architects. You'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with access to ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in retail sales and/or related industry experience
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Mature and self-directed approach to problem-solving
  • Good rapport-building and influencing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Physically able for the loading and unloading of products (up to 25kgs)
  • Technologically savvy and administrative skills
