Medical Healthcare Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a medical healthcare project from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Overall responsibility for the management of sub contractors, suppliers, and materials deliveries.
- Liaison with clients to ensure successful delivery of the project to schedule.
- Management of the construction program, reporting directly to the Project Manager.
- Liaison with the commercial team to identify variations and claims.
- Ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations on site.
You will have:
- Extensive experience in commercial or retail refurbishments.
- Solid knowledge of the construction market, including sub contractors etc.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and subcontract labor.
- Highly skilled in OHS.
- A client-focused approach.
- A trade background is highly desirable.
