edical Manager, Oncology
to join our team and take ownership of our oncology portfolio. In this role, you will lead a team of 4 Medical Science Liaisons, will be based in Sydney, and is directly reporting to Country Medical Director, Australia & New Zealand.

Your Role

  • Provide strategic direction and oversee management of the oncology portfolio.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Offer medical expertise and support for clinical trials, regulatory submissions, and product launches.
  • Design and deliver training programs for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, sharing scientific knowledge and support.
  • Track and analyze market trends and competitor activities in oncology.

Who You Are

  • Medical degree (MD) or PhD in a relevant field.
  • Over 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the Oncology field.
  • Solid background in oncology, with a deep understanding of the therapeutic landscape.
  • Demonstrated experience in medical affairs, clinical development, or related areas.
  • Proven leadership experience, working in multinational organisation.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
