{"About the Role": "We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Ventia. As an Estimator, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating estimating and related functions to maximize success in tendering, contract extensions, contract renewals, claims, and analyzing quotes.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing tenders and quotes, participating in bid teams, and developing and managing various pricing models for variable service delivery contracts.

You will also be responsible for reviewing tender, extension, renewal, and contract documents, preparing estimate responses, and providing handover and debrief of estimate build-up to the project manager.

In addition, you will source and identify, then evaluate, liaise, and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to establish value for money pricing proposals.

If you have a strong understanding of Enterprise Agreements, labour rules, and applications to pricing, and can provide clear and succinct guidance on tenders and contracts, we would love to hear from you.

* A Cert IV in Building and Construction (estimating, building, or site management) or a Cert IV in Accounting, Finance, or similar

* Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a maintenance, services, or facilities management environment

* Ability to provide clear and succinct guidance on tenders and contracts

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work in a team environment and provide handover and debrief of estimate build-up to the project manager
