About the Role
\Boston Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our elite sales team in Australia and New Zealand.
\In this role, you will be responsible for providing field and remote clinical, technical, and educational support to assigned accounts across ANZ.
\The primary focus of this position is to support the new therapy introduction of Pulsed Field Ablation through our recent launch of the FARAPULSETM system, demonstrating clinical expertise to influence superior outcomes.
\Frequent travel will be required as part of this role, allowing you to collaborate extensively with leading healthcare professionals and see firsthand the impact you have on individual lives.
\You will work closely with Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists, and Nurses to develop a deep technical understanding of Boston Scientific products and provide training on clinical attributes and techniques associated with these products.
\This includes providing clinical support for FARAPULSETM, POLARxTM, RHYTHMIATM, LAB SYSTEM PROTM, MAESTRO 4000TM, METRIQTM, and other Boston Scientific EP Catheters.
\We are looking for an experienced Clinical Specialist who has a strong background in electrophysiology and rhythm management, excellent technical and clinical skills, and proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
\This role requires a high level of product knowledge, including biophysics of radiofrequency and cryoablation, and a thorough understanding of Pulsed Field Ablation on cardiac tissue and its biophysical effects.

\Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical support and training to customers on Boston Scientific products, including FARAPULSETM and other EP Catheters.\
- Develop and maintain effective networks with customers and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.\
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and research, to develop optimal solutions for customers.\
- Collect and report medical documentation related to procedural device operation.\
- Respond to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and services.\
- Record customer information and activities in Boston Scientific's CRM system.\
- Complete relevant administration, including reporting, stock validation, and inventory management.\
- Attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services.\
- Be available to support the broader ANZ Rhythm Management business on an as-needs basis.\

\$80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
