As a key member of our warehousing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and dispatching of finished products.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, including consumables, MHE maintenance, and shift reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach warehouse staff to achieve KPIs and maintain high performance.
  • Ensure safety standards are upheld and drive a strong safety culture.
  • Manage daily operations, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Support onboarding, training, and development of team members.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and audit readiness.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.
  • SAP or similar WMS knowledge.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in FMCG or light manufacturing environments.
