Warehouse Operations Manager

This is a dynamic and varied role, where no two days will be the same. As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to maximise productivity and minimise errors or delays
  • Control of inventory levels by conducting physical counts and ensuring accuracy of stock levels
  • Coordinate freight and shipment of orders

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency. If you have experience in warehousing, distribution, and team leadership, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage warehouse operations to meet customer service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock takes
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing best practices, inventory management, and distribution operations
  • Licence to operate LF and/or Reach Forklift
  • Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software tools
  • A positive attitude and a hands-on approach
