Job Overview

The Palliative Care Specialist will provide high-quality leadership and expert advice, developing and implementing comprehensive care plans to meet client healthcare needs.

This role is part of a growing team renowned for delivering exceptional end-of-life care to clients and their families.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert palliative care advice and nursing care within the scope of our clinical practice.
  • Develop, implement, monitor, and review care plans to meet client health care needs and promote quality of life.
  • Lead a team in delivering high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate to practice in the State where employed.
  • Demonstrated extensive clinical experience in area of specialty and Post Graduate qualifications in palliative care or working towards.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with clients and other stakeholders to identify and respond effectively to care needs.
