We are seeking a skilled Workplace Law Professional to join our team. As a leading firm with over 500 lawyers, we provide expert legal advice to clients navigating complex workplace issues.
Our Workplace Law team specialises in strategically complex and business-critical disputes and investigations for Australian and multinational companies, government bodies and other organisations, as well as senior executives.
We have acted in significant Fair Work Act litigation, breach of contract claims and secured freezing orders and Anton Piller orders for clients in significant matters involving employee fraud, serious breach and threatened breach of post-employment restraints.
The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and advice writing skills, superior analytical and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients. A minimum of 4-7 years post qualified experience in employment / workplace law is required, including experience in advisory and litigation matters.
