Technical Officer (Microbiologist) Role

At Lion, we're seeking a skilled Microbiologist to join our Supply Chain team at the XXXX Brewery in Milton, QLD. As a Technical Officer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products by conducting testing and sampling skills to conduct quality control checks throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct microbiological testing and sampling to ensure product quality and safety
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes
  • Provide training and guidance to colleagues on microbiological testing and quality control procedures
Requirements:
  • Tertiary degree in Microbiology or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset
  • Proactive mentality and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
