The Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role in establishing and building relationships across Family Violence programs to enable the provision of high-quality HR services and build capacity and expertise in people management practices.
About YouYou will be committed to bringing your HR skills, experience and qualifications to support workplace matters in a culturally appropriate way. You will be able to travel around Victoria as required and build relationships with people at all levels of the organisation.
Key Requirements- Valid Police Check
- Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Victorian Driver Licence
- Current COVID-19 vaccination
- A supportive environment with comprehensive induction
