Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Technology Associate Program. This program is designed for individuals who want to break into the tech industry and are looking for a supportive and flexible environment.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on real projects from day one and gain hands-on experience in Engineering, Data Science, or Cybersecurity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • You should have a critical thinking mindset and be able to adapt quickly to new situations.
  • You should have a passion for solving complex problems and be willing to learn and grow with the company.
  • You should have a strong desire to make a positive impact in the financial services industry.
  • You should have completed your tech qualifications within the last 12 months or be due to complete them within the next 3 months.
  • You should have less than 12 months of working experience in tech.
  • You should be based in Sydney and be available to work at least two days per week.
