About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our IT Audit team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality IT external audit services to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver IT external audit services, leveraging your technical expertise and analytical skills to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls.
  • Develop and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their careers.
  • Provide technical knowledge and training to engagement team members, ensuring they have the skills and expertise needed to deliver high-quality services.
  • Support engagement managers in the overall project management of engagements, including the preparation of clear and concise reports to IT management and CIOs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in external/internal audit and/or risk, preferably with a professional services firm.
  • Strong technology risk and controls knowledge, with a focus on IT governance and compliance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with a broad range of clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and share expertise with team members to strengthen capability.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field, such as Accounting, Information Systems, Commerce, or other.
