About the Role:

Our organisation is seeking reliable warehouse team members to assist in collecting, sorting, and storing recyclable drink containers.

Candidates will receive on-the-job training in using specialised equipment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

A valid forklift licence (counterbalance) is mandatory for this position.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Operate equipment used for bulk sorting of recyclable drink containers
  • Use a forklift to empty bins of sorted recyclable containers
  • Accurately process sales and refund transactions using a point-of-sale system
  • Contribute to general tasks such as housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse equipment
Requirements:
  • Superb communication skills and ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience operating forklifts and current, valid forklift licence
  • Background working within a warehouse or production environment
  • Capacity to perform manual and physical tasks
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
  • Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety protocols
