Project Leadership Role

This project leadership role involves working with various stakeholders to gather and validate project requirements to support successful project delivery. The successful candidate will analyse and document system functional and non-functional requirements and translate technical requirements into project delivery requirements.

The ideal candidate will provide overall support to program managers and the project delivery team, coordinating business analysis activities and managing stakeholder business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include planning, controlling and managing the delivery of business and technology projects over the full project lifecycle, aligning project schedules with enterprise-level timelines, managing dependencies and defining decision-making processes to influence strategic decisions and drive outcomes.

Experience working with 3rd party IT providers and/or system integrators is also required, as well as proven experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and SDLC processes.

Additionally, a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline is required, along with certification in PMP / PMI / PRINCE2 /PMBOK being desirable.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of successfully contributing to the delivery of complex, large scale IT projects and be willing to learn and grow within the organisation.
