- Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in challenging environments, leveraging expertise in cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
- Develop marketing strategies to enhance proposal success, including national initiatives.
- Maintain project execution according to our Integrated Management System and quality standards.
- Possess extensive experience in design management/project management, with a strong focus on cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field; significant industry experience is considered equivalent.
- Demonstrate ability to manage large-scale projects and programs with diverse stakeholders in demanding settings.
- Cultivate strong stakeholder management, change leadership, and communication skills.
