Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to oversee the entire project lifecycle from design and procurement through to delivery and handover.

As Project Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring stakeholder expectations are met and achieving and exceeding time, cost, quality, and safety targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Identify and mitigate risks

Experience as a Project Manager, ideally on vertical apartment construction or mixed-use projects with reputable commercial-industrial builders, is required. You will be supported by a committed site team and a highly experienced management team.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
