Business Finance Partnership Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Business Finance Partner to support the delivery of safe, sustainable, and affordable housing. The successful candidate will collaborate with various business units, teams, and stakeholders to achieve operational and strategic management objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide insightful financial analysis and support budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Contribute to commercial decision-making by working closely with Senior and Executive level stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Drive performance, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure financial objectives align with broader business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting and/or commercial finance, with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) qualification.
  • Proven experience in providing commercial support, management accounting, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis, complemented by strong operational acumen and advanced technical accounting expertise.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a solid track record in managing internal stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to work with business acumen and balance strategic business goals with day-to-day operational needs, and the self-motivation, compassion, and resilience to continuously improve and drive the delivery of best outcomes for the business and customers.
