Job Description

  • Provide financial insights and support strategic business planning processes.
  • Analyse financial reports to generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Support operational activities, ensuring accurate and timely management reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, including PAYG, superannuation, and Payroll tax.

As a qualified finance professional, you will possess strong technical skills with demonstrated experience in management accounting. You will also have superior analytical skills, enabling effective stakeholder engagement through tailored communication.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with functions to understand their financial needs and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Work closely with colleagues to align analysis, insight, and reporting for the business.
  • Act as a bridge between allocated functions to continuously improve financial processes and systems.

With over 5 years of management accounting experience, you will combine technical expertise with strong interpersonal skills, making you a confident and collaborative finance partner.
