Key Role Summary

This position will play a significant part in the company's growth and overall success by delivering quality service to customers whilst performing scheduled maintenance and safety & function checks.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base, utilizing the latest field-based mobile technology to manage their daily work schedule. Additionally, they will manage inventory on company-allocated service vans & customer sites, gain experience working with Australia's top-tier customer base, complete an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program, and maintain accurate service records of their work.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded but not essential
  • Able to perform scheduled maintenance, safety checks, and repairs
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are required
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Good communication and customer service skills are necessary
